Are pets allowed?

Sorry, pets are not allowed because we want to keep our home clean and comfortable for our guests.

Is it expensive to dine out?

There is a variety of dining experiences that you can enjoy. To minimize your food expenses, you can utilize our fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill.

Where can we buy groceries?

Supermarket prices are comparable to what you would experience at home and are located nearby. Some alcohol prices are lower.

Are linens and towels provided?

All bedding and towels are provided.

What about laundry facilities?

There are laundry facilities in the home. Laundry supplies are not provided.

What other amenities are included?

TV and VCR is available and TV's in each bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and coffee maker and outdoor gas grill.

What to do in Key West?

Take the Conch Train Tour of Key West, boat cruises, all day boat trip to the Dry Tortugas, snorkeling, beaches and last but least you can't miss Mallory Square at sunset. You will enjoy the various artists and performers. And, don't forget the famous Duval Street.

The best way to enjoy Key West is to go with the flow, relax and just take it all in. There are great restaurants, sights and attractions. Bring lots of sunscreen. Key West is in the Caribbean and the sun will burn.

No special documents are required, Key West is part of the State of Florida.

Should we drive or fly?

You can fly into Key West and pick up a rental car. Or if you prefer, and have never driven the keys, you can get there in approximately 3.5 hours from Miami. The drive is beautiful!

How do we get a key for the house?

Upon arrival a representative of the management company will give you the key. When you depart the representative will pick up the key as well as perform the inspection required to return the security deposit.

Are there medical facilities nearby?

Key West Hospital is only 5 minutes from the property and there are many local doctors.

Is there a telephone?

The in house phone does not have long distance capability. We suggest you bring a cell phone for long distance calls. You can still make long distance calls with a credit card or use a phone card.
