High Season is Festival Week, the last week of October, and from the last week of November through Easter Week.
 
Rates in High Season:  $3,000 per Month
 
Rates in All Other Times:  $2,500 per Month
 
Lower rates for extended periods.
 
Minimum of 1 Month, rates are subject to change.
 
NOTE:  No Smoking Indoors.  No Pets Allowed.
